Business Traveler
Everything was excellent at the hotel until checkout. At that time I asked to see my charges and saw the over charge. I was billed for the room a second time and charged a $23.33 long distance call. I brought it to the attention of the front service attendant and he assured me the charges would be reversed. He reprinted a new bill to my satisfaction. 4 days later when I checked my account the charges were not reversed and my account was billed for the hotel charges $52.36. After calling the Marriott that night, I was again told the charges would be reversed. Still waiting unacceptable!

A nice location in the suburbs outside of San Francisco. Charged for parking 10 dollars per day. Same for the internet. Nickled and Dimed.

Traveling as Couple
This was a very nice place to stay-clean, comfortable beds, quiet, included a fridge, had a nice workout room open 24 hours. Excellent price + parking $10.

Hotel had carpet, cleaned while there & most inconvenient; & no apology extended. In past no change for parking, now a $10/day charge added to the payment made. People should be made aware of this, particularly since it wasn't the case in the past. ...read more
